When applying for the tenancy of a property we will require a non-refundable fee to cover the cost of administration and Landlords searches. Provided your application is acceptable to the Landlords and you wish to proceed with the tenancy, a tenancy deposit will be required together with payment of the first month’s rent prior to taking up occupation. (As Prospective Tenant(s) i/we agree that i/we decide not to proceed with the tenancy for any reason then the monies paid will not be refunded to me/us. As Agents for the Landlord(s) we agree that should we decide not to Let the property to you upon receipt of references or for any other reason, we will refund the Holding Deposit to you, less the References and Search Fees). You will be required to sign a tenancy agreement, inventory and photographic evidence and expedite any guarantee forms that may be required. You will be responsible for all outgoings from the date of entry and the service providers and authorities will be advised of this.
- The Tenancy Deposit CANNOT be used in lieu of rental monies
- The Tenant must notify the Agent / Landlord prior to changing supplier for any of the utility services ( Gas, Electric, etc)
