The planning consent is subject to the completion of a Section 106 Agreement which includes an Affordable Housing Element of Twenty Five per cent (25%) and contributions to the National Health Service and Lincolnshire County Council Education together with a contribution to surface water drainage with the South Holland Internal Drainage Board.
