Rights of Way
We are not aware of any Rights of Way over the property to be sold.
As the watercourses to the North-West, South-East and East boundaries are un-registered they are considered under riparian ownership and any Purchaser would be considered owner(s) to the centreline of each watercourse and would have responsibility to ensure that each watercourse is kept clear. These watercourses are not adopted by the Board and therefore not subject to Byelaw 10, however, along with adopted watercourses, riparian watercourses are protected under Section 23 of the Land Drainage Act, 1991 (and Byelaw 4) and as such no works are permitted to alter the watercourse without land drainage consent from the South Holland Internal Drainage Board. Furthermore, any introduction of water to a watercourse (surface water or treated foul) would require consent under Byelaw 3
