COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT

WE ARE OPEN

Please be informed that the Government announced on Tuesday 12th May 2020, that restrictions on Sales and Lettings were being removed and Estate and Letting Agents can open for business.

Viewings, Market Appraisals and EPC’s can now be arranged and the Government have provided Agents with up to date Guidance on how these should be carried out. It is the responsibility of everyone to ensure that these Guidelines are followed to protect the community around us.

Safety to our employees and Clients is of the utmost importance and Hix and Son have taken steps within the guidance provided in ‘Working safely during coronavirus (COVID-19) in offices to re-open on Monday 18th May 2020. Our office will be staffed by 2 employees on a rota basis, with the remaining staff continuing to work from home remotely.

Our offices will remain locked initially and access will be by appointment only. In order to maintain the social distancing rule in the office, there will be a maximum number of 2 people allowed in the office at the same time and only if they are from the same household. Please knock for our attention on arrival at the offices.
