The field is shown as Grade 1 silt land on The Agricultural Land Classification of England and Wales Sheet No. 124 (1963 Edition) being of the Wisbech Soil Association 812b Series and is capable of growing a wide range of both Agricultural and Horticultural crops including Potatoes, Sugar Beet, Brassicas, Bulbs, Cereals, Oil Seeds and Pulses. The field is reasonably well shaped for cultivation and harvesting by modern farming machinery.

Vehicular access to the land is gained from the West side of Station Road over a part stoned and earth roadway, shown shaded in orange on the attached plan, to which the field has a good frontage.

TENANCY

The field is occupied by local Farmers, Messrs M E and J M Chapman of Long Sutton, Nr. Spalding, Lincolnshire, under the terms of a written Farm Business Tenancy Agreement dated the 6th October 2015.  This Agreement commenced on the 16th September 2015 and is due to terminate on the 15th September 2017 subject to Holdover for the harvesting and removal of a crop of Sugar Beet should this be required by the Outgoing Tenants.

The present rent upon the holding is Eight Hundred and Seventy Pounds (£870) per annum payable by half yearly instalments in advance on the 11th October and 6th April of each year.

  2. The Vendors reserve the right not to accept any particular or the highest tender received.
  3. Should an Informal Tender be subject to borrowings or the sale of any other property then full details should be given and confirmation of any agreed borrowings provided.
  4. All Tenders will be received, Subject to Contract, and will be acknowledged following the Closing Date and Time for submission of Informal Tenders. A further letter will be dispatched by the
