The field has been winter ploughed and the Tenantright in the land is included in the sale but the Purchaser(s) shall not make any claim whatsoever for Dilapidations against the Vendors.

A small additional area of Arable land adjacent to the South Holland Internal Drainage Board’s South Holland Main Drain at the North end of the field and owned by the Drainage Board has for several years been farmed by Messrs B and J Clifton and Son. TENDER DETAILS
Prospective Purchaser(s) wishing to submit an Informal Tender for this field should fully complete the Tender Form and return it sealed in the envelope provided to arrive at the Auctioneers Offices at or before 5.00pm on

1 No escalating bids will be accepted.
2. The Vendors reserve the right not to accept any particular or the highest tender received.
3. Should the Informal Tender be subject to borrowings or the sale of any other property then full details should be given and confirmation of any agreed borrowings provided.
4. All Tenders will be received Subject to Contract and will be acknowledged following the Closing Date and Time for submission of Informal Tenders. A further letter will be dispatched by the

notifying Tenderer(s) whether or not his/her/their Tender was successful. The Successful Tenderer will then be required to pay, Subject to Contract, a ten per cent (10%) deposit upon the amount of the Tender to the Vendors’ Agents.
