The Land is let with the benefit of all existing rights and obligations including Drainage Board rights and any other easements quasi-easements and wayleaves whether or not referred to in these particulars.

TENDER NOTES AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Land is offered with the benefit of a new Farm Business Tenancy commencing following acceptance of the Tender. A Rent Review clause allowing the rent to be reviewed at the end of the 3rd year will be incorporated in the Tenancy Agreement.  A copy of the Standard Form of Farm Business Tenancy Agreement can be inspected at the Agents Holbeach office during normal business hours.
