The South Holland District Council have granted Outline Planning Permission on the site reference H23-1082-14 dated 16th March 2015 for development of the site with Ten (10) Residential Units (Outline Planning Permission attached hereto).

Mains Gas, Electricity and Water are available at Churchgate but potential purchasers should satisfy themselves as to the feasibility of connection to any new dwellings constructed on the site with the utility provider involved.
GENERAL REMARKS, CONDITIONS OF SALE AND GENERAL RESERVATIONS
1) A Public Footpath passes through the northern part of the site. The development of the site and culverting of the open drain may require modification of the route of the footpath in accordance with agreement to be made with South Holland District Council, South Holland Internal Drainage Board and the Lincolnshire County Council.
2) Work will be required to enable the site access road to pass over the Internal Drainage Board Drain as shown on the plan.
