Good Demand at Property Auction

A large crowd of interested buyers attended the sale at the Church Hall, Church Street, HOLBEACH for the Sale by Auction of ‘Furtherhold’, Further Old Gate, HOLBEACH formally occupied by the Late Mr Bernard Robinson.  Following sum Fifty (50) bids in the room the property was knocked down to local buyers in the sum of £134,000 well in excess of the guide price.
